Ford connecting rods
Ford connecting rods in forged 4340 steel with ARP 2000 bolts, with the emphasis on classic rallying: Cosworth YB from the Sierra and Escort RS, Pinto, X-Flow and the Lotus Twin Cam, alongside the CVH from the Escort and Fiesta RS Turbo. Sets are also available for more modern engines such as the Zetec from the Focus and the Duratec 2.5 (shared with Mazda).
From historic rallying to street tuning
The Cosworth YB can take a lot, but at serious boost pressure forged H-beam rods (145 mm) are the usual first step; for the RS2000 there are 149.25 mm sets. The X-Flow and Twin Cam rods come in the original dimensions for historic motorsport. Check the length and pin size and always replace the big-end bearings at the same time.
