Returns, right of withdrawal and warranty

14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please register your return with us within those 14 days.
How to return
- Register your return by email at info@maxpeedingrods.nl, quoting your order number.
- We will send you the return address and further instructions.
- Return the item complete, undamaged and as far as possible in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method. In the case of a full withdrawal we also refund the standard shipping cost of the original delivery. The cost of returning the item is yours.
Exceptions
Items custom-made or modified specially for you are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Used or fitted parts cannot be accepted back as new.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery
Check your parcel on receipt. If you see transport damage, do not sign for acceptance and have the courier record a damage report; send us the case number and we will handle it. If an item was delivered incorrectly or incompletely, contact us within 7 days — we will resolve it free of charge.
Cancelling an order
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Warranty: 2 years against manufacturing defects
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on virtually all of our products. If you discover a production fault within that period, contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo or short video. We assess it quickly and, in the case of a valid warranty claim, provide a suitable solution: repair, replacement or a refund.
The statutory warranty always remains in force: a product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. Our warranty comes on top of that and does not limit your statutory rights.
