Volvo turbos
For your Volvo you will find turbos and turbo parts here for the C30, S40, V40, S60, S80, V60, V70, XC60, XC70 and XC90. The range runs from complete turbos and CHRA cartridges to electric actuators, wastegate actuators and solenoid valves — both for the D3/D4/2.4D diesels and for the 2.5T petrol engine (B5254T2) and the 1.6D and 2.0D shared with Ford and Peugeot.
Diesel or petrol: mind the engine variant
For the five-cylinder diesels in the S60, V70 and XC60, the 795680-5003S is a much sought-after turbo; for the 2.5T, the TD04L line (49377-06200) fits. If you drive a 1.6D or DRIVe, you will end up with the GT1544V family (753420) that Volvo shares with Ford and PSA — for which we stock complete turbos, cartridges and even sets with oil pump and feed line. Always check the OEM number and power output of your engine.
