We work with local stock spread across four warehouses in Europe. That means we process your order quickly and ship straight from stock — no long waits and no parcels coming from far away.
We ship to every country in the European Union. Whether you live in Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Italy or any other EU country, ordering from us is just as easy as it is for a customer in the Netherlands.

Within the EU you never pay extra. All prices on our site include VAT. There are no customs charges or import duties within the European Union — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Ordering from outside the EU (for example Norway or Switzerland)? Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees may be charged by customs or the carrier when your parcel enters your country. These costs are payable by the recipient and are separate from the amount you pay us.
Delivery times are averages and apply from the moment of dispatch. Delivery to remote areas and islands takes an average of 4-12 working days.
On arrival: please check your parcel for transport damage before signing. See any damage? Report it to the courier and send us the reference number — we will handle the claim for you.

Will this part fit my car?

Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to all EU countries, and also to Norway and Switzerland among others. Enter your address at checkout and you will immediately see the exact shipping cost and whether we deliver to your country.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
For the Netherlands and Belgium we charge a flat rate with an average delivery time of 3-5 working days. To other EU countries we charge € 12.95 with an average delivery time of 3-7 working days; to remote areas and islands 4-12 working days. You will see the exact cost at checkout as soon as you enter your address.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely with credit card, PayPal and Klarna — these work from anywhere in Europe. We also offer iDEAL for the Netherlands and Bancontact for Belgium. All payments are encrypted and secure.
When will my order be shipped?
As soon as your payment comes through, we usually process your order within 24 hours on working days.
Can I still change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not shipped, we will see whether we can still adjust the delivery address or the items. Please double-check your details before checking out.
I have not received my order yet — what now?
Get in touch with us; we track every shipment closely and will quickly let you know where your parcel is.
Can I return an item if I live in another EU country?
Yes. Anywhere in the EU you have 14 days to change your mind and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Read our refund policy for the exact procedure.
