Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the webshop of MaXpeedingRods Netherlands (maxpeedingrods.nl). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Any questions? Email us at info@maxpeedingrods.nl.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to every order and agreement between you and MaXpeedingRods Netherlands. Deviations only apply if we have confirmed them in writing. Our shipping, return and privacy policies form part of these terms.
2. Offers and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Our offer is without obligation; we may adjust prices and product information. Obvious mistakes or typing errors are not binding on us — if a price or description is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and you will of course not be charged.
3. The order and the agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as we have confirmed your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect misuse, if details are incorrect or if a product is no longer available. In that case we will contact you and refund any amount already paid.
4. Payment
You pay securely using the methods available at checkout: iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), credit card, Klarna or PayPal. All payments are encrypted and secure. Your order is processed as soon as payment has been received.
5. Delivery
We ship from local stock. Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our shipping policy. Stated delivery times are an indication and are not strict deadlines. Please check your parcel on arrival and report transport damage as described in the shipping and return policy.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period. How returns work and which exceptions apply is explained in our return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights (conformity), we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on virtually all of our products. The conditions and procedure are set out in our return and warranty policy.
8. Use of performance and tuning parts
Part of our range consists of performance and tuning parts. Some parts are intended for use on track or on private property. Fitting parts and modifying a vehicle can affect the vehicle manufacturer's warranty, your insurance and road legality. Before fitting, check whether the part is suitable and permitted for your application, and if in doubt have it fitted by a qualified professional. You are responsible for correct and legally permitted use.
9. Liability
We do our utmost to offer products and information correctly. Our liability is limited to what is permitted by law and to a maximum of the invoice amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting or improper use. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website (texts, images and logos) is protected. Brand names and type designations of vehicle manufacturers are used solely to identify the application; this does not imply approval by or any affiliation with that manufacturer.
11. Privacy
We handle your data with care. You can read how in our privacy policy.
12. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us at info@maxpeedingrods.nl — we are happy to resolve it quickly and properly. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can turn to the competent consumer dispute bodies.
13. Governing law
These terms and our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live as a consumer remains in force.
14. Changes
We may amend these terms. You will always find the most recent version on this page; the terms that applied at the time of ordering apply to your order.
