Cylinder kits
In this collection you will find cylinder kits and everything that goes with them. For motorcycles, quads and garden tools there are complete top-end kits with cylinder, piston, piston rings and gaskets — including for the Yamaha YZ85, Blaster 200 and Raptor 660R, the Suzuki LT50 and Stihl chainsaws. Why always replace the cylinder and piston together?
The cylinder wall, piston and rings wear in against each other. If you fit a new piston in a worn cylinder, the compression will be off and the engine will burn oil. So always replace these parts as a set and fit new gaskets — with our kits everything comes in one box. If the gearbox is hard to disengage and the pedal feels limp, the clutch master or slave cylinder is usually the culprit; check for traces of fluid and, when in doubt, replace both cylinders at the same time.
