Volvo CHRA / cartridges

The CHRA cartridge is the complete rotating core of your turbo: shaft, both wheels and the bearings, assembled and balanced, ready to fit into the original housing. For Volvo we carry, among others, the TD04L cartridges for the 2.5T (B5254T2) of the S60, S80, V70, XC70 and XC90, cartridges for the D3 and D4 diesels of the V70 III and XC60, and the cartridge for the 2.5 T5 that Volvo shares with the Ford Focus ST and Mondeo. Volvo used several turbo suppliers and power variants within the same model range, so never rely on the model year alone. Take the OEM or turbo number of your old turbo as your starting point — for example 49377-06200 for the 2.5T — and the cartridge is guaranteed to match.
