Engine internals cover everything that turns and moves inside the block and cylinder head: connecting rods, crankshafts, camshafts, valves, rocker arms, cylinder heads and the associated fitting and adjustment tools. Rebuilding or upgrading?
For a standard rebuild you replace wear parts such as valves, valve lifters, camshafts and bearings one-for-one by engine code — in that case choose the regular replacement part that matches your engine code. If you want to increase power, look at forged 4340 steel: H-beam connecting rods and billet crankshafts are built to withstand higher boost pressure and engine speeds. When fitting, make sure the timing is set correctly; many products in this collection are supplied as a set including timing or seal tools, so the job is done right first time.
