Mercedes C-Class turbos

Mercedes C-Class turbos for the W203, S203, W204 and W205, diesel and petrol: complete turbos, CHRA cartridges, electronic actuators, pressure converters and intercooler hoses for engines such as the OM646, OM651 and the OM642 V6.

Complete turbo or CHRA cartridge?

If the compressor and turbine housings of your old turbo are undamaged, a cartridge is the economical choice: the CHRA 752990-9003 for the C200/C220 CDI (W204), the RHF4 cartridge (A271090368) for the C250 CGI petrol or the OM642 cartridge (765155-0004) for the C320 CDI V6. If you want to fit straight away, choose a complete unit — for example the GTA2052GVK with actuator (765155-5007S) for the 320 CDI or the A2740903180 for the C300 W205. Take care with the OM651 and OM642: the variable geometry is tightly packed, and a seized adjustment mechanism or actuator produces exactly the same symptoms as a worn turbo. So check the (electronic) actuator first — such as the one for the C250 CGI W204 — before ordering the complete turbo.
