If you lower a Honda, the rear axle almost always pulls too much negative camber; the inside of the tyres then wears down remarkably fast. Dull thumps over speed bumps point to control arms or sway bar links, bouncing to tired dampers. Replace in axle pairs, left and right together, and have the car fully aligned after every modification.
