Honda suspension

Camber sorted: the key to an honest-handling Honda

If you lower a Honda, the rear axle almost always pulls too much negative camber; the inside of the tyres then wears down remarkably fast. Adjustable camber arms bring the wheel geometry back within specification without giving up the drop. Even without lowering, a check pays off: a Honda that wanders over road ruts or brakes unevenly often has worn-out ball joints or control arm bushings. Dull thumps over speed bumps point to control arms or sway bar links, bouncing to tired dampers. Replace in axle pairs, left and right together, and have the car fully aligned after every modification.
