Peugeot turbos

Peugeot drivers will find turbos here for the 206, 207, 307, 308, 508, 2008, 3008 and the Boxer, among others: complete turbos, CHRA cartridges (core assemblies), actuators, oil lines and turbo hoses. The emphasis is on the 1.6 HDi and BlueHDi diesels, complemented by the 1.2 and 1.6 THP petrol engines and the heavier 2.0, 2.2 and 3.0 HDi.

1.6 HDi? Sort out the oil supply at the same time

The GT1544V (753420) for the 1.6 HDi is the most sought-after turbo in this collection. On this engine, turbo failure is almost always caused by a blocked oil feed line or strainer; so order one with it, or go straight for the set with oil pump, strainer and feed line. For the petrol engines you will find the EB2DT turbo for the 1.2 THP in the 308 and 2008 (829754) and turbos for the 1.6 THP with engine code EP6CDT, among others. If the housings of your old turbo are still in good condition, a separate CHRA cartridge (core assembly) is the economical option.

How to find the right one

Search by the OEM number of your old turbo — it is on the identification plate — or use the make/model/year finder at the top of the page. When in doubt, check the engine code: within a single model, power variants and therefore turbos alternate, especially with the 1.6 HDi with 90 or 109 hp.
