Peugeot CHRA / cartridges
Behind the name CHRA cartridge lies the complete core of the turbocharger: the bearing housing containing the shaft, the compressor wheel and the turbine wheel, factory balanced. For Peugeot this is the cost-effective solution for shaft play, because the HDi housings themselves rarely fail. We supply cartridges for the 1.6 HDi in 90 and 110 hp (207, 307, 308, Partner), the 2.0 HDi and BlueHDi (308, 407, 508, 3008, 5008), the 2.2 HDi of the Boxer and 807, the 1.5 BlueHDi and the petrol engines 1.2 PureTech and 1.6 THP (EP6CDT, 208 and RCZ). Many cartridges also fit the identical Citroën and Ford engines. Search by the OEM or turbo number of your old turbo, for example 753420 for the GT1544V of the 1.6 HDi 110 hp.
