Opel/Vauxhall air suspension

Opel and Vauxhall air suspension for two very different applications. For the Insignia A G09 (2008-2017) we supply rear struts for the Flexride chassis, left (436853) and right (436854), individually or per pair. For the Movano — X70 (1998-2010) and the model from 2010, technically identical to the Renault Master — you will find auxiliary suspension sets up to 4,000 kg: air springs with brackets, 12V compressor kits, dual-circuit systems and controls with dual pressure gauge.

Insignia or Movano no longer sitting level?

If the car or van sags on one side, the strut or air spring on that side is due for replacement. If the rear axle loses height on both sides or the compressor barely builds pressure any more, the cause lies with the pump or the relay. And if the compressor failed from pumping against a leak, replace the leaking air spring straight away too — that way the new pump will last.
