Oil lines
Oil lines carry oil to the turbo and back to the sump — the lifeline of every turbocharger. In this collection you will find feed and return lines by engine code for BMW (135i/335i, F20/F30), Mini Cooper S, Audi/VW 1.8T and 2.0 TFSI, Opel 1.4 and 1.6 Turbo, Ford Ranger 2.2 TDCi and Kia/Hyundai 1.6 T-GDi, among others, alongside universal oil line kits for GT30, GT35 and T3/T4 turbos.
New turbo? Always fit new lines
A partially blocked or coked-up feed line destroys the bearings of a fresh turbo within a few thousand kilometres — and that falls outside any warranty. So replace the lines as a matter of course, flush the oil system and fill with fresh oil and a new filter. Check the return line too: a kink or restriction forces oil past the turbo shafts into the intake or exhaust housing.
