Air spring, strut or compressor?
If the car sags on one corner after standing overnight, an air spring is almost always leaking — at the rear of the S211, for example, the 2-pin A2113200925 or the 3-pin 2113200725/2113200825; when ordering, check the number of pins on the connector. At the front, damping and air spring sit together in one strut, such as the Airmatic strut 2113209313 for the W211. For the W212 we supply the rear air springs 2123200725 and 2123200825 individually or as a pair. If the car rises slowly or the pump cuts out, choose the compressor A2113200304 (W211/S211) or the 0993200004, which also fits the C-Class W205 and GLC. Important: a continuously running compressor is usually the victim of a leaking air spring, not the cause — fix the leak first, otherwise the new compressor will pump itself to death as well.
