Car sagging at one corner?
If the car sits lopsided on one corner in the morning, the air spring on that side is leaking: the rubber hardens over the years and cracks along the fold. With soapy water you will find the leak within a minute. Always replace both sides on an axle — the other air spring is just as old — and after fitting, listen for the compressor running on for a long time: continuously topping up a leaking system is the leading cause of death for air suspension compressors. When ordering, compare the OE number with the one on your old air spring, and on a Mercedes mind the difference between 2-pin and 3-pin connectors.
