Cooling & heating

The complete cooling and heating system under one roof: radiators and expansion tanks, mechanical and electric water pumps, cooling fans, thermostats, heater blower motors with resistors, air conditioning compressors and condensers and coolant hoses. The range includes the electric water pump for BMW N54/N55 engines (11517632426), radiators for the Audi A4/A5 (8W0121251AK), air conditioning compressors for the VW Golf IV to VI (1J0820805, 1K0820859S), the thermostat with housing for the Opel Astra H/Vectra C and 12V diesel air heaters for campervans and vans.

Engine running hot — where do you start?

If the temperature only rises in stop-and-go traffic, look at the cooling fan and its resistor or control module first. If the engine also overheats while driving, a stuck thermostat, a clogged radiator or a water pump with worn impeller blades are the usual suspects. If you are losing coolant, also check the expansion tank for hairline cracks and pressure-test the system before replacing individual parts.
