Isuzu turbo cartridges
A CHRA cartridge (core assembly) is the complete, balanced rotating part of the turbo — shaft, compressor wheel, turbine wheel and bearing housing — which you fit into the existing turbo housing. For the Isuzu workhorses that run day in, day out, that is a smart and cost-effective overhaul. In this collection you will find the RHV5 for the D-Max 3.0 CRD (4JJ1-TC, 163 hp), RHF5 cartridges for the Trooper and Jackaroo 3.0 DTI (4JX1T), the RHF4H for the 2.8 TD of the Trooper and Rodeo, and cores for the NPR, NQR and NRR commercial vehicles with 4HK1 and 4BD2T engines. When fitting, also check the oil return pipe for contamination. Search by the OEM or turbo number of your old turbo, for example 8980115293 for the D-Max 4JJ1-TC, and the cartridge will fit straight away.
