Intercoolers and blow-off valves cool and manage the intake air compressed by the turbo: cooler, denser air means more power and less risk of knocking. Here you will find OE-replacement intercoolers for, among others, the BMW 135i/335i (N54/N55) and 3 Series diesels, VW Transporter T5/T6, Renault Trafic, Hyundai i800 and Nissan Patrol, alongside universal front-mount intercoolers (including 600x300x76 mm) with complete piping kits and BOV kits for the VW/Audi 2.0 TFSI.

OE replacement or front-mount upgrade?

A leaking intercooler can be recognised by oil residue and damp patches on the core, loss of boost pressure, slower acceleration and higher fuel consumption — often without a clear fault code. If you run standard power, choose a matching OE replacement: it fits straight on and retains the factory cooling. With a remap or a larger turbo, the standard intercooler reaches its limit and power drops off noticeably in warm weather; a thicker front-mount intercooler with larger piping then keeps the intake temperature stable. When fitting, check all hose clamps and couplings — the smallest leak immediately costs boost pressure.
