Compressor pumping slowly under a full load?
On a heavily loaded Transit the compressor runs most often — and therefore wears out first. If it pumps slowly or the system no longer holds pressure, also check the air springs for leaks: replace a leaking air spring at the same time, otherwise the new compressor will be worn out again in short order.
