Ford CHRA / cartridges

A CHRA cartridge is the complete internals of the turbocharger: the shaft with both wheels, spinning in a bearing-fitted centre housing. If the turbo housing on your Ford is still in good condition, such a cartridge is all you need and you save considerably compared with a complete turbo. We have cartridges for the 1.8 DI/TDDi/TDCi (Focus, Tourneo and Transit Connect), the 1.6 TDCi (Fiesta, Focus, C-Max), the 2.0 TDCi of the Mondeo and S-Max, the 2.2 and 2.4 TDCi Duratorq from the Transit and of course the 1.0 EcoBoost petrol engine of the Fiesta and Focus. The Ranger 2.2 TDCi is covered too. Always search by the OEM or turbo number of your old turbo — for example 786880-0006 for the Transit 2.2 TDCi with 125 hp — because several versions exist within a single engine.
