Fiat turbos
Fiat's small turbo engines are everywhere: the 1.3 MultiJet in the 500, Panda and Doblo, the 1.9 JTD in the Punto, Croma and Bravo, the 1.4 petrol in the 500X and Punto and the 2.3 MultiJet in the Ducato. For all these engines — and for sister models from Alfa Romeo and Lancia — you will find complete turbos, CHRA cartridges (core assemblies) and (electric) actuators here.
MultiJet: small turbo, highly oil-sensitive
The 1.3 MultiJet is sensitive to contaminated oil; change the oil and filter with every turbo replacement and check the lines. For this engine the GTD1036VZ (822088) is available for the 500, Panda, Doblo and Opel Combo, among others. For the 1.9 JTD, choose between a complete VL35 turbo (71793619) or just the CHRA cartridge (core assembly) if the housings are still good. For the Ducato 2.3 and the petrol engines of the 500X and Giulietta, separate actuators are also available, so you do not needlessly replace the whole turbo when only the actuator has failed.
How to find the right one
Search by the OEM number of your old turbo or use the make/model/year finder at the top of the page. When in doubt, the engine code is decisive: the 1.3 MultiJet, for example, exists in several power variants, each with its own turbo, and the 1.9 JTD is available with 74 to 110 kW.
