Fiat connecting rods
Fiat connecting rods in forged H-beam with ARP 2000 bolts, with an exceptionally wide choice for the classic Fiat 500 twin-cylinder (110 to 130 mm, some TÜV-approved) and the Abarth 850/A112. In addition there are sets for the Punto GT 1.4 Turbo — also available as a billet version with matching crankshaft — the Abarth 131 2.0 8V rally engine and the five-cylinder 20V from the Fiat Coupe.
From classic to rally replica
Anyone uprating an old 500 or Abarth quickly discovers that the original, lightly built rods are the weak spot. Forged H-beam rods (some sets rated up to 800 hp) make the block safe to rev. Measure the original length before ordering — the 500 in particular exists in several sizes — and always replace the big-end bearings at the same time.
