Camber plates and adjustable camber arms for precise adjustment of wheel camber. Popular for BMW E36, E46 and Z4, Nissan S13/S14 (180SX/200SX/240SX), Honda Accord and Civic, Subaru Impreza STi and Ford Mustang — as a top strut bearing with adjustable mount, as an adjustable control arm for the rear axle or as a complete suspension kit with bushings.
Correcting camber after lowering
After fitting lowering springs or a coilover kit, the top of the wheel sits further inward: the camber goes negative and the inside of the tyre wears away rapidly. With camber plates on the front axle and adjustable camber arms on the rear axle you bring the camber back within factory specifications — or deliberately dial in extra negative camber for track or drift use. Always replace the arms in pairs, torque everything down with the car resting on its wheels and have the wheel alignment done afterwards; only then will the adjustment range actually pay off.
