BMW 3 Series turbos
BMW 3 Series turbos for the E46, E90/E91/E92/E93 and F30/F31: complete turbos, CHRA core assemblies, electronic actuators, pressure converters, oil lines and intercoolers, for both diesel (M47TU, N47, B47) and petrol (N54, N55).
Turbo, CHRA or actuator?
For the 320d you will find the complete turbo 11657795499 (120 kW/163 hp, E90/E91) and the core assembly 49135-05895 for the N47 with 177 hp; for the E46 320td Compact there is the separate CHRA (750431-7). If you drive a 335i with the N54, be aware that the two small turbos wear as a pair — replace one and the other usually follows soon after. Charge pipes and upgraded intercoolers for the N54/N55 are available here too. If boost pressure is lacking without any mechanical play, first check the electronic actuator (11657633795) or the pressure converter (11658509323) before replacing the complete turbo. Always replace the oil feed line at the same time, such as the 11537600591 for F20/F30 models.
