- Toyota overhead camshaft engines with shim adjustment (note: may not be suitable for Toyota Hilux 2.7L petrol)
Specifications
- Type: sliding T-bar for extra grip and handling
- Application: tool for removing shims to adjust valve clearance between camshaft and tappet on engines requiring special tool SST 09248-64011
- Operation: the adjustment claws lift and hold the camshaft, allowing the necessary shims to be removed and replaced
- Direct replacement for: tool SST 09248-64011 (if listed in the workshop manual)
